• Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: No refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, bank transfers, digital wallets
• All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated
